Philosophy of Practice

Dental hygienists have many roles which include being educators, clinicians, researchers, advocators, and administrators. I am dedicated on giving my patients my utmost attention and care needed to maintain a healthy oral hygiene. My goal is to completely prevent, and/or prevent the progression of gum and bone disease. It is crucial that I do so to keep my patients from eventually losing their teeth. I assess each patient and determine treatment plans based off their assessment results. I itent on bonding with my patients to build a trusting relationship with one another so the patients can fully understand the importance of their oral care.  I always put the needs of my patients first, no matter what! My patients appreciate the passion that I have for my job. I provide my patients with the most supreme level of health possible. The result is my patients living a healthy life with beautiful smiles. A smiling face is a beautiful face!

Some of my short term goals include, obtaining a full time position within a welcoming environment, begin investing in a retirement plan, enroll in health care benefits, and successfully make it through training in my new position. A few of my long term goals include, becoming proficient in new technology and techniques, passing my knowledge down to a new hire within my profession, increasing my retirement contribution, and expanding my overall networking abilities.
